The terrain is high in the northwest and low in the southeast, with an altitude of 1600-4800 meters. The terrain is complex and diverse, and the climate changes significantly with altitude. Plateau monsoon climate, with warm winters and cool summers, and distinct wet and dry seasons. The annual precipitation is 800-1000 mm, mainly concentrated in July-September. The annual average temperature is 10-12℃, the average temperature in January is 0-2℃, and the average temperature in July is 18-20℃.
